Here is a list of my favorite plant-based and gluten-free products, and also a few favorite books and other items you might enjoy*.

Miyoko’s vegan butter: The best plant-bsaed butter I’ve tried, available at many supermarkets. Use it just like regular butter for baking, cooking, or spreading.

Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free oats: Oats are so comforting. Make these into porridge or grind it into flour in your blender to replace wheat flour in muffins, pancakes, and soda bread.

Gardein ultimate beefless ground: One of the few fake meat products that is both vegan and gluten-free. This tastes amazing in chili, bolognese sauce, and shepherd’s pie.

Learning to Shine: A book I wrote for my daughters on psychological flexibility, or all the lessons I’ve learned so far in life.

Esalen Cookbook: An indispensable California spa cookbook where every recipe tastes like pure love, comfort and self-care.

Feeding the Whole Family: What a lifesaver – my copy is dog-eared and covered in stains from all the recipes I go back to.

Bialetti stovetop espresso maker: Mark’s favorite way to enjoy his morning mug of coffee. I prefer celery juice!

Awaken the Giant Within, Unlimited Power, Money: Master the Game: 3 must-read books I gave to my kids for life success.

Your Money or Your Life: A powerful text that’s fueling the FIRE (Financial Independence, Early Retirement) movement.

Not Always So: One of my favorite books of zen wisdom. Everything changes. This is the nature of reality.
