  • 1 cup of your favorite plant-based milk (I like soy milk best)
  • 1 bag of Good Earth sweet and spicy tea, or any other chai-flavored tea
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of stevia or coconut sugar (optional)


  • Warm a mug of plant milk in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  • Steep the tea bag in the warmed milk for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the turmeric and sweetness (if using).
  • Sink into a comfy chair and sip your mug of pure love.
