Easy Caramel Strawberries (plant-based, gluten-free)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- Gently wash and slice your strawberries. If they are very small, you can just cut them in half.
- Sprinkle the coconut sugar over top of the strawberries and give them a gentle mix with a spoon.
- Let the strawberries sit in the fridge for 10 minutes (or up to an hour) to form the sauce, then mix again gently and enjoy as a cool, sweet early summer treat.
