Orange Sesame Chicory Salad (plant-based, gluten-free)
- 1 bunch chicory, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the chopped chicory into a large bowl.
- Add the dressing ingredients to the chicory and toss well to mix.
- Serve right away and enjoy as a side dish to whatever else is on the menu. 🙂
